This is a virtual consultation lasting 55 minutes. This is our most popular consultation type and should allow you enough time to go through a complete assessment with your clinician. If you have more complex requirements, and would like some more time for your appointment, please see our 85 minute virtual consultation instead.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, emailed notice must be provided more than 5 working days in advance of a pre-paid appointment. No refund will be received if an appointment is missed or a cancellation is made within 24 hours before any pre-paid appointment. To reschedule a pre-paid appointment, at least 72 hours is required, otherwise a fee of £50 will be retained.
